Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Qualutions Inc. ("Qualutions", "I", "we") collects through this website, why, and what choices you have.

What I collect

• Information you send me. If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), where you are with AI, and your message.
• Scheduling information. If you choose to book a time, you enter your details on a Google Calendar booking page. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy, and I receive the booking details.
• Technical data. Like most sites, the hosting provider keeps server logs that include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability.
• Spam-protection data. To stop automated abuse, the contact form uses hidden checks and a short-term limit on how many messages can come from one internet address. That limit stores a scrambled (hashed) version of the address, not the address itself, for up to 24 hours.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, I will update this policy first.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for visitors. (I use a login cookie of my own when I edit the site.) If you open the Google Calendar booking page, Google may set its own cookies under Google's policies. The contact form may also use a privacy-focused spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) if I turn it on.

How I use it

• To reply to you and discuss whether and how I can help.
• To schedule and hold a call, if you book one.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent spam and abuse.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for advertising.

Who else handles it

I use a few services to run this site. They process information on my behalf or as independent providers under their own policies:

• SiteGround: website hosting and server logs.
• Postmark: delivers the contact form message to my email.
• Google (Gmail, Calendar): my email and scheduling.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: optional spam check on the contact form.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect my rights or the security of the site.

How long I keep it

I keep contact messages and related emails for as long as needed to respond, and for up to three years afterward unless the law requires longer. If we start working together, your information is handled under our agreement.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Use the contact form on the home page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and I will honor reasonable requests.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect information sent through this site, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, financial account numbers or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date above.
